Thiết lp bn đồ QTL điu khin chng chu khô hn trên qun th BC2F2 t t hp lai OM1490 / WAB 880-1-38-20-P1-HB. Bn đồđã s dng 234 SSR đa hình ph trên 12 nhim sc th. Tng chiu dài là 2.553,7cM. Khang cách trung bình gia hai marker là 10,97cM. Đánh giá kiu hình được tp trung vào ba tính trng: chng chu hn vào thi k tr hoa, chiu dài ca r, khi lượng khô ca r. Bn đồ QTL giđịnh liên kết vi gen chng chu khô hn th hin trên các nhim sc th s 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 và 12 vi LOD >3,0. Bn đồ “fine mapping” cũng được thiết lp, tp trung trên nhim sc th s 9 nhm xác định ch th phân t có th sdng cho vic chn lc dòng chng chu hn. Biến thiên kiu hình được gii thích 20,73-30,76% đối vi QTL điu khin tính trng khi lượng khô ca r, 3,39-6,23% đối vi đim chu hn giai đon tr

 Abstract

Quantitative trait loci influencing drought tolerance in rice (Orysa sativa.L). SSR technique combined with selective genotyping was used to map quantitative trait loci (QTLs) associated with tolerance for drought tolerance in rice. Two hundred twenty nine (BC2F2) derived from the cross between OM1490 / WAB880-1-38-18-20-P1-HB were evaluated. BC lines were evaluated for drought at flowering (DRF), dry root weigh (DR), root length (RL). Microsetellite map of this population was used with 232 markers to detect the linkage to target traits. A linkage map was constructed from 12-linkage groups based on the population. The map covers 2,553.7 cM with an average interval of 10.97 cM between marker loci. Markers associated with drought tolerance were located mostly on chromosomes 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 and 12. Quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping was used to determine effects of QTLs associated with drought tolerance traits. We also mapped QTLs for morphological attributes drought tolerance. Chi-square tests (χ2), single maker analysis (SMA), interval mapping (IM) were combined in QTL analysis procedure. All approaches are similar to QTL detection result. Fine QTLs were identified for DRR, two QTLs for length root, two QTLs for dry root weight. The proportion of phenotypic variation explained by each QTL ranged from 20.73% to 30.766% for DR, and from 6.23 to 3.39% for morphological characters at drought flowering. This study has provided much more detailed informations on the relative importance marker assiteced selection of drought tolerance.
